Drewski's Hot Rod Kitchen is Sacto's newest gourmet food truck and is now open. We specialize in gourmet grilled sandwiches and melts. We also create out of this world sides. Don't forget our desserts! All of our cuisine is made from scratch, and we use only locally grown & baked ingredients. The HEMI is our top selling sandwich. The Hemi is made with Carolina BBQ pulled pork, 4 cheese mac 'n cheese, caramelized onion, extra sharp cheddar, grilled on sliced brioche. We also have a wide range of other grilled delights with deep flavor profiles, such as braised KOREAN boneless short rib, marinated chicken, wild flower honey granny smith apple, aged havarti cheese, smoked gouda and a lot more. Sides include deep fried mac 'n cheese with black truffle oil. We also have tots and sweet potato fries with garlic, rosemary, and aged parmesan. Don't forget, we also have scratch made Creme Brulee on the menu... Can you imagine, Creme Brulee from a truck.
