Pivotal Counseling is a small group practice providing exceptional relational and sex therapy to Colorado and Wyoming residents. All of our clinicians have advanced training in both couples work and in sexuality issues. Common relationship issues we deal with: disconnection and loneliness, resolving conflict, infidelity, neurodiversity challenges (ADHD, Autism, etc), emotional disengagement, boundary issues, mixed faith issues, etc. Common sexual issues we deal with: desire/libido differences, penetrative pain, erectile/ejaculatory issues, sexless relationships, kink/BDSM, non-traditional relationships, unwanted/out of control sexual behaviors, sexual shame, etc. We also work with LGBTQ/Queer individuals and relationships from an exploration/affirmation perspective. While we are respectful of all religions, we are not religiously based counselors.
