Here is the number one thing unspoken by real estate clients. "They rarely feel they are on solid footing and understanding of the whole process". This is because, unlike repeated visits to the cleaners, fish market or mechanic, you don't have a short sale cycle to repeat and compare service providers. The average person uses a Realtor every 5-7 years. So the market conditions, forms, protocols, regional awareness all change. So it's a whole new experience every time. This is why so many fall victim to weak real estate services. I provide concierge service. By helping you prepare yourself mentally and providing a solid foundation for the current market conditions and by preparing the property for market, as a commodity, for which you want the most exposure, recognition and return, you will stand apart in the market place and experience a greater sense of control with the confidence that you can relax and let me handle the process. I will listen.
