In regards to richelle and sarah,I apologize if you feel you were not treated with kindness and respect by myself. I have currently sent sarah a private message for her to get in contact with me so i can personally resolve this issue. I apologize for this huge inconvienece on you sarah and want to make it up to you. I am looking forward to your call. As much as richelle thinks i lied to her, i did everything in my power to be upfront and honest. I now understand how she feels that the quality of my work was sub par, and i originally tried to make amends almost a year ago by giving her a portion back of what she paid me for my mistakes.
