We are a family owned and operated martial arts school in Lafayette Colorado. We specialize in traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi with classes available for all skill levels. We offer training programs for all ages in a fun and inviting atmosphere that supports learning and personal development. Our style, Pyong An Do (Peaceful Mind Way), is geared towards those folks who want to learn practical, real world self defense in a non-competitive environment. Our kids programs are great for building confidence and hand eye coordination. We teach kids about the difference between the schoolyard bully and a real "Bad Guy", and how to handle those different situations. Please feel free to take advantage of a free trial week.
