I am a classically trained musician with an eclectic approach in my teaching, which means that I use any form of good music that will excite and challenge my students, whether it's classical, jazz or popular music. My goal is to enrich the lives of my students by helping them develop an appreciation for music and the skills to experience the joy of music-making first-hand. In their lessons with me, young children as well as mature adults learn to listen, understand, and appreciate the music they are studying in addition to acquiring the skills to experience the joy of making music themselves as pianists.
