I am a connective tissue geek. I have been completely enthralled with the enormous amounts of new research being done that is changing the way we approach injuries, recovery and prevention on a physical level. The "no pain, no gain" model is completely outdated and now we understand why. I incorporate my knowledge of "The" body into my work with YOUR body as I listen carefully to you and the story that your tissues reveal as we work. No two people have the same history or genetic make up and no two days in our lives are exactly the same, therefore a truly successful massage experience requires the practice of listening deeply, being completely responsive on every level as tension unravels and we find our way back to balance.
