We cannot say enough positive comments about Shelby!!! She was extremely helpful with assisting us with both Vinegar flavors and various Cooking Oils! She had outstanding knowledge on what vinegars/oils should be paired with different food types! We ended up buying 9 different bottles of a mix of both. We will be back to get other flavors to add to our kitchen. We hope that Shelby is there on that day because she made the last visit so special!!!

Shelby did a great job, of not only of coming up with flavors of Balsamic Vinegar that we might like (since they didn’t have a cherry flavor), but also was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and wineries to visit. Fig was our favorite of the Balsamic Vinegars we tried. This was our first time in Temecula. Thanks Shelby!!

This shop has the greatest products. The Bourbon balsamic on our salmon tonight was out of yhis world. Fabulous olive oils and balsamic plus gifts.

Quick stop for some beautifully infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The girl who helped us with our selections is very knowledgeable about all of the products and how items can work together. Small little gem off the main street in downtown. A great find that I look forward to revisiting the next time I'm in town.

I love trying out new flavors here, so today went with the Cucumber Melon. very delicious and so many uses for it. I always know I will be satisfied with the products they provide. No skimping here and always so fresh ;and full of flavors.
