We freshly mill our own grains to make our wholegrain breads and goodies. Everything is baked fresh daily and we don't use preservatives. It's bread, the way it ought to be. Our all-day cafe menu includes sandwiches (where the outside is just as good as the inside), salads and a soup of the day. We have a full espresso bar coffee menu and served freshly cracked egg breakfast sandwiches all day.
