Rose Restoration has restored marble, stone, terrazzo, and concrete across Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland since 1978. Our 35+ in-house craftsmen, never subcontractors, polish marble floors and countertops, restore terrazzo, grind and polish concrete, install epoxy and resinous flooring, and refinish metal, wood, and masonry surfaces. Commercial work is scheduled overnight and on weekends, so hotels, offices, and condominium lobbies stay open while their floors are restored. Residential work is done in the home, without demolition or replacement. Estimates start with a walk-through or a few photos, and come back in writing.
