A friend and I hired a Lex Cab on 5-8-26 to travel to the Extended Stay Bluegrass from the Lexington Airport. We asked what the charges would be and the driver gave us some kind of run around answer. We should have declined the ride at that point, but we were tired from our flights and wanted to get to the hotel. Our fare was $59.36. The driver said we agreed to pay a full fare each, so $59.36 each. How ridiculous! Why would we have agreed to such a thing! He badgered us and would not leave until we both paid. We contacted the company and this is their response: Hello! I apologize for the confusion but I spoke with the driver and he asked about seperate pay and both parties agreed. I reviewed the footage of his dashcam and this matches what he had said. I twice requested further information and got no response. Save yourself a headache and don't do business with this unscrupulous company. They saw an opportunity to take advantage of two little old ladies in their mid-seventies and did so.

Made a booking for an airport run on-line which no one replied back. Then had to call several hours later to make sure the booking was in the system. Then the driver arrived late by 20 minutes but did call to say he was running late and if ok. The journey was from Georgetown to Lexington airport in the early hours so no traffic....it took less than 20 minutes to arrive and I was charged $120.I have sent several emails to the company expressing my desire to know the truth if this was the correct charge. To date radio silence and not even an apology or a desire to do anything if I was ripped off.Don't use unless you get an upfront cost.
