Have taken this tour twice. The quality is set by who gives it. There are some many interesting pieces of folklore its hard prressed to remember half of what you have been told. There is a lot of walking but you dont trally notice the walk your to busy listening to the naration. well worth the money if you belive in ghosts.

These people have developed a lot of the equipment that you see on the ghost hunting shows on TV. They have actually been on the shows multiple seasons. Their main purpose is to prove there is something there or not - not what it is. They are continually coming up with more advanced equipment. I especially like the teddy bear they have come up with. Interactive on it's own with ghosts while providing continuous information on what it is finding. Very knowledgeable, legitimate people.

A town with history that supports potential activity. Guides that dispute their own findings amongst themselves before they share with guest, actually siting opportunities. This is not your 'normal' tour, it is so much better.We came on a day that they were not doing tours yet they scheduled a tour just to fit our scheduled. They even went out of their way to add in the town history details and show us the murals in the town.

Was very informative about historic St. Cloud, The whole gang of ghost stop was very friendly and fun. I can't wait to go on another investigation, if you like to experience real ghost hunting this is for you..
