First, the 1-* review seems like it's for another place. The new place is little small, but loaded with all kinds of art, trinkets, tchotchies, sometimes with a touch of non-corny whimsy. My last visit yielded a large brass turtle bowl and a painted wood fish, both pleasantly priced. The owner is very friendly and talkative, not over your shoulder or selling. Love the place, was checking if they're open Sundays, and saw a chance to spread the word.

The bad review us from someone with a grudge-pay no attention. Unique and whimsical original art. Great for gifts and home decor.

First off , The Sreaming and language we heard coming from the back was enough to make the demons cringe. The prices were ridiculously over priced for the weird looking things they make and the store just dirty,. Short visit but seen 2 palmeto bugs when picking up an item and ants swarming in a corner. Run away is my advise for this review!

This is a place that is family owned. A great deal of the art, mostly birds, are done by various family members. There are also some other fun artists' works as well as some terrific, reasonably priced antiques.

Every Saturday the Placida Art Show takes place. The Hatch Gallery is open everyday and is a wonderful place. The pieces are terrific and I have to buy something every time. I highly recommend a visit. Photos Later
