Currently spending a week in the Twin Cities at this hotel. So far, a very nice experience. Very quiet, all the staff are friendly and helpful and housekeeping in my room has been exceptional. I used their guest laundry room which had one washer/dryer and was easy to use and not busy at the time. The breakfast was good although fairly basic and they keep lemonade and water in the front area. Nice touch. I didn't use the pool or gym but they were available. Nice location if you want to be between both Minneapolis and St. Paul or close to the airport and some nice restaurants and Costco for gas within a mile. The only improvement I would suggest is to vacuum the hallways and elevator more frequently. But the main floor area was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel esp. based on the good location.
MoreReturning from a weeklong getaway - Check in was okay but quickly discovered the toilet in our room did not flush. Front desk clerk was having an issue with changing the room reservation and had to call a manager for help. After several minutes, he was still unable to set us up in another room and asked us to have a seat and wait. We decided to cancel the room and drive 3 hours home. Disappointed it wasn't as easy as giving us another room key and figuring things out later. Stayed here before but now unlikely to go back.
MoreStayed here because we prefer Hampton Inn because they are very consistent throughout the country. Marcus checked us in and not in a rush with us Air conditioner was quiet. Bed was very comfortable along with the variety of comfortable pillows. Breakfast was excellent.
MoreNice and clean. Basic king room is pretty small for a Hampton but the bathroom was clean and no smell after we turned on the air. Breakfast was hot and fresh not nasty rubber eggs. Front desk staff went out of their way to help with a few questions we had which was refreshing and welcomed after a long travel day. Pool looked clean. Nice lobby area and outdoor seating. Gas station and Grill within 2 min walk. Still wondering how a SC Gal ended up working the front desk in MN??
