I visited The Avenue Viera for the very first time and it just so happened to be Black Friday. We only went in a few sorted but I expected the crowd to be much worse. The stores had great deals and did a lovely job of keeping everyone sane on this busy holiday.

Shopping area was nice, neat and clean. It had an upbeat atmosphere and new charm, however, very pricey. Also, definitely seemed as more of a tourist attraction and catering to the crowd where overpriced burgers, are more important than taste or presentation counts more than quality. Of course with the ridiculous, overpriced homes being built in Viera West, as one example, what would one expect? If you are paying 1.5 to 3.5 million for a house with no beach, no community pool, close enough to hear 95, minimal amenities and neighbors close, thenthis shopping area is for you! Enjoy!

Love shopping and eating in this area. The Avenues have such a variety of offerings for shopping and food as well as a movie theater. Parking is easy, shop employees are friendly. There are also stores that feature local items which make great gifts.

This area has a little bit of everything. Pretty much anything you can think of is there. It is a large area with lots of parking. Movie theater, large name stores and small little boutiques, salons, restaurants among others. Best bet is to go on a nice day otherwise you are walking around in the rain or other weather elements. There is a courtyard to with benches to relax.

The Avenue is always growing. You’ll find all kinds of restaurants, shops and stores here and if that’s not enough it’s right around the corner from Walmart, Target, Ross and Hobby Lobby just to name a few.
