I love these guys! The firemen at Engine 30 are always friendly and say hello when I walk past the firehouse on my way home from the Division subway stop. They are great neighbors!

Rude receptionist!!!! She needs to find a new job! I called again today and the receptionist and HR both refused to help and both hung up on me!

I'll never forget some years ago when the Chicago Fire Department came on the scene when I had requested an ambulance. I was in horrible pain and I remember how rude they were and they were...

Ah, give 'em a break...these guys do jobs in the depths of the endless dark nights and deal with things so very far beyond the understanding of people outside the fire and EMS service. Forget all...
