One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and the complete lack of customer service afterward has been even more disappointing.I stayed at The Westin Cleveland Downtown for a work conference, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish.Check-in took 45 minutes, with only two employees working the front desk. My colleague, a Marriott Gold Elite member, couldn't even check in until after 5 PM. I also witnessed a front desk employee yell at another guest to come back at 5:30 PM.Room service was essentially nonexistent. I called more than 12 times over 90 minutes without anyone answering. The front desk repeatedly transferred me to the restaurant, where, unsurprisingly, nobody picked up. The hotel also couldn't provide something as basic as a wine opener.The worst part has been the complete lack of accountability after my stay. I accidentally left a sentimental T-shirt in my room and have called the hotel five times trying to locate it. Not once has anyone called me back or even confirmed whether housekeeping checked the room or Lost & Found.When I finally received a written response to my complaints, it was a generic apology that addressed absolutely none of the issues I raised.For a hotel operating under the Westin name, the lack of professionalism, basic hospitality, and follow-through is astounding. Mistakes happen, but the consistent indifference toward guests is inexcusable.I would absolutely not recommend staying here, especially if you're traveling for business or attending an event.

We were there for a conference and they were having difficulty with their internet. The staff was extremely rude. We waited until almost midnight to get our room and they still couldn’t give us access. Therefore we were forced to book elsewhere. They refuse to compensate us.

Came to cheer the BILLS beat up on the Browness. Walking distance to the stadium and downtown amenities. The room was clean and bathroom shower simple enough to operate with strong water pressure.Reception, valet and concierge staff, A+ Had a beverage at the LatinX themed restaurant in the lobby. Friendly staff............While in town, I tried Zanzibar soul food restaurant not far from Euclid Ave. Look out for my review on the restaurant.

I arrived an hour and a half before check-in, my room was ready but they would not let me in unless I paid a $35 early check-in fee, in 30 years of travel no hotel has ever charged me an early check-in fee

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Westin in Cleveland during a trip to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The location worked out perfectly for exploring downtown and made it easy to get around and enjoy the city.The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and I appreciated having a relaxing place to come back to after spending the day sightseeing. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and my experience with the staff and accommodations was very positive.Cleveland was a great trip, especially finally getting the opportunity to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and my stay at the Westin helped make the visit even more enjoyable.I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Cleveland.
