Greater Dayton Home Inspections specializes in the whole house home inspection. We provide you with a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) - certified from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the largest home inspector organization in the world - as well as an industry leading inspection report. We take approximately 150 digital pictures at each inspection, and the images not used in your report are available upon your request. Due to the thoroughness of our inspections we ask you allow at minimal 3 hours for our inspection to be conducted. Each report takes about 2 to 3 hours to create and is available the next business day.
