MoreTv not working, Low water pressure, bathtub stopper will not allow a bath, towels smell musty. And no early or adult pool/ hot tub hours to allow a early morning workout for physically disabled individual. Room was clean. Heat worked well to get through -25 degree weekend. Handicap parking is actually close to the building so no walking in front of traffic or on ice in the parking lot. Not worth the price in my book.

MoreWhen I booked my room I told them in the special requests that we were traveling with a small dog. No one ever told me they don't take dogs. We found out when we tried to check in at 10:30 that night. They refused to refund our money and we had to find another hotel.
