Very nice stay here for a convention. Front desk staff made check in a breeze and got into our room early. The food for all of the events was way above the usual convention food. Room was on the 2nd floor and was clean and all was good.

Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. We were booked on the second floor and the hallway smells like human waste. The carpet is vile and it has large stains every few feet as if someone relieved themselves there. The carpet in the room is also bad, dresser drawers are mismatched, the towel rack in the bathroom is rusty, Power outlets are loose and not working. The room smells terrible too. A $25 motel looks and smells better than this awful place. Shame on IHG for allowing this to be the condition of one of their properties. Never again!

Tracy and Darcy provided the most exceptional service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We had breakfast with our five grandchildren and the experience could not have been better. These ladies are pros and deserve a commendation (and a raise)!

Tv not working, Low water pressure, bathtub stopper will not allow a bath, towels smell musty. And no early or adult pool/ hot tub hours to allow a early morning workout for physically disabled individual. Room was clean. Heat worked well to get through -25 degree weekend. Handicap parking is actually close to the building so no walking in front of traffic or on ice in the parking lot. Not worth the price in my book.
