I have banked at Western State Bank for several years now. I have found that they are very helpful. They are a bank, that works with people. I would recommend them to other people.

Wonderful service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great local bank. It is nice that they have so many events throughout the year for customers to attend.

Mobile banking sucks, did not help with my loan. Just all around not very helpful. I will never bank here again and will also tell my friends and family the same.
