The rooms are great, love the separate sleeping space and living room. The pool is always a hit with the kids. And the staff is friendly and helpful!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant and bar had a nice atmosphere. However, I thought the food was pricey for the quality. Overall, a pleasant stay, but the dining could offer better value.

Fargo ND. We were able to check in a little which was very convenient. Our room was fairly clean but had a terrible smell which got worse as the day and evening went on. We notified the front desk and they eventually sent a maintenance person who knew of the problem and poured something down the drain. Not sure why the room was given to us with this known issue. The smell was still evident all night and into the next day. The constant odor was awful. This was also the case in other bathrooms in the facility including the pool area. The bathroom there was unusable due to the smell. For the cost of the room, we were highly unsatisfied.

They overbooked and wanted to give us a king bed for 2 adults and a 17 year old. They said, “but you’ll have a jacuzzi in your room” as if that would be a second bed for the 3rd person. Room wasn’t clean. It had coffee spots on the counter and gunk in the tub. Very hard beds. We chose this for the hot tub, but such a kid friendly place that the hot tub was like warm. It was also hard to get in because there were so many toddlers and kids jumping in it. Nice waterslide and pool for young families. Not a place for adults or families with teens.

Pretty gross. There was mystery food (I hope it was food) on the floor. Toilet appeared to have blood all over in it. The odor from the toilet filled the bathroom, was awful and honestly indescribable (i know it sounds funny but seriously the constant odor was awful. Not sure what was going on there). Upon check in, I booked a king bed and was told they were unavailable and i received a queen room. I brought up all the issues at the front desk and they said they were sorry and handed me my invoice. This used to be my go to in fargo. Wont stay here again.
