Our family wellness center offers acupuncture and massage, nutritional counseling, individual and family therapy. Our adjacent education center is a one-stop shop for some of the most talented birth workers in the region to offer workshops on childbirth education, prenatal and postpartum yoga, newborn care and breastfeeding, natural family planning, nutrition classes and much more. These classes are open to the entire community, no matter where or how you choose to build your family. Our Mama Marketplace offers breast pumps & other breastfeeding products, organic baby clothing, baby slings & carriers, herbs & supplements for families and professionals, belly casts, henna and more.
