Armpits All Services for Men and Women Sugaring is a gentler alternative to waxing and most clients prefer sugaring over waxing. Unlike wax the sugar paste is NOT HOT. Sugar paste is made up of water, lemon juice and sugar. Since the paste is water based it is able to go deep into the hair follicle. When hair is removed from the root it becomes finer and softer with every treatment. There must be at least 2 weeks of hair growth for sugaring, preferably 3 weeks. Most sugaring clients return every 3 weeks.
