We requested late check-in through the pre-check in, and were charged. We confirmed at check- in and they said they had no record of it. The next morning, we were called and also had people knocking on the door telling us we missed check out. Disappointing service.

Horrible odor in hallway on 3rd floor. Cockroach crawling across lobby floor near breakfast area. Dead bug on room wall and near elevators. Need I say more?

This is an old hotel . Bathroom has no handheld shower. Plug barely works . Breakfast was sub par . Employees are oblivious. I was waken up by early wake up calls at 6 or 6:40 am instead of 8 am - and told they know the click was off !! They charge too much as well . And only one overhead light by door? I was charged 400 for a parking lot view!!

Read the reviews of Fire alarm being set off at 4:30am a couple days prior but figured it was an accident or false alarm so we still booked this room as a diamond member just for the night so we could be close to the airport as we had an early flight out of Boston the next day. We didn’t arrive until 1:30am, fire alarm went off at 2:30am while pouring rain outside. Went to evacuate the hotel & the 4th floor smelled like weed. Stopped at the front desk before returning to my room after the evacuation to let them know & the fireman said that is what they expect set it off. Then as we were checking out at 9:30am IT WENT OFF AGAIN! Full lobby of guests eating breakfast and everyone had to evacuate AGAIN because of some inconsiderate pot heads.

Had a very unfortunate stay here, would not recommend. 4am fire alarm, hotel evacuated and the fire department had to come. The staff in the morning were unresponsive and not helpful. When I asked about what had happened they said “What fire alarm?” Best to avoid and book with a more reputable brand. Will not stay there again.
