What a fun little experience! As others have said, the samples are passed through a service window which allows you to taste the cheese before purchase. The lady who served us was very friendly and made our stop the highlight retailer of our visit!

Tucked away, just a service window, but great place. You can taste all the different cheeses they have. You get all the information you want. The owner Joe is a great friendly, funny entertaining character

They are a staple at the Polson's Farmers market, every Friday from May to October. Delicious locally made cheeses and curds. I like the garlic curds myself. Their location is back behind the local car wash and locksmith, but you can't miss their big yellow building! A must try while in the Polson area.
