Working with and through the body's own natural responses, intuition, and abilities, I support clients through life coaching, partner dancing, meditation, and free form movement. Through our Latin partner dancing sessions for couples and singles you will gain all the necessary technique and knowledge of partner dancing as well as some helpful life skills. Teaching Iyengar style yoga for men and women is also a joy, as it supports becoming more present to the mind, body and spirit, the greatest triad there is! I also work with couples and single women and men to be empowered in the areas of sex, sexuality, relationships and self-esteem, making healthy, empowering choices, speaking openly and honestly, and learning how to truly trust and listen to their intuition about their yes's and no's.
