Tragic- one agent actually taking to people. Just folks standing around... I've always booked thrifty-- sad.

Long line of new customer. We've waited an hour in front of these people, and still have three in front of us!

This crowd grew larger. After an hour wait we still had three out cups in front of us. .

There was one lady working, taking over 10 to 15 min per person. Very annoyed

Rest rooms are not well maintained. Notice water running uncontrolled in the sink

Nicked a bumper and cheap jerks charging me nearly $500. Shortsighted fools.
