Built in 1909 and located on First Hill, a few blocks from downtown, this small, elegant hotel was restored to its original elegance in 1980. Choose a suite for a romantic vacation, and enjoy special touches, such as the hot water bottle housekeeping leaves when turning down your bed at night. Well equipped for business travelers, the rooms in Sorrento Hotel have two-line phones, fax machines, computer dataports and generous work space. Dine at the Hunt Club, one of Seattle's most exclusive restaurants. The Fireside Lounge serves coffee, tea and cocktails.

Reviews
tripadvisorVery nice overall vibe but the room I was in was EXTREMELY dated and didnt match the pictures I saw online. The furniture wasn't comfortable and the bathroom 100% didn't match what I saw online.
Morebeautiful boutique hotel with welcoming bar, lovely Halloween decorations, friendly staff. The eggs Benedict at Stella were perfectly cooked. Note the carpet in the elevator - it changes daily and includes the day of the week! (I recommend that they get a deep cleaning, however.)
MoreThe Hotel Sorrento was conveniently located near the Skyline, which is where my husband and I purchased an apartment. It is a lovely old hotel, albeit with a few quirks. The rooms are large and there is more than adequate closet space.
MoreUnfortunately have to agree with previous reviews - a once beautiful property is desperately in need of a thorough renovation. Hallways and room have strong musty odor in addition to cleaning products that make your eyes water.Room was tidy although multiple long dark hairs in the shower. There was a floor AC unit that only offered cool air or dehumidification - the wall heater did not function so room was quite chilly.Bar staff was quite friendly.Dinner room service from Stella was delivered promptly and warm.Breakfast room service took approximately 70 minutes and eggs were cold, order was inaccurate. Espresso drinks were like warm. We come into town for medical appointments and like to be close to Harborview. I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not offering great value for the price and other hotels in the area would have provided a more pleasant stay for the same cost.Hope someone is inspired to renovate and keep some of the grand charm / history alive.
MoreThe Hotel Sorrento is our favorite hotel in Seattle and we always recommend family and friends to stay here due to how seamless and clean our stays always have been. Wether we’re there for medical appointments, business or leisure we will always be sure to book a room here.
