Rating: 1/5 Stars ( if i could i would give negative starts) Disappointing results and zero accountability.I had a very poor experience with Arkalika Studio. I paid for a chemical peel that produced absolutely effect not even a dry skin. When I reached out to discuss this, I was met with scripted, political answers about professional protocols rather than any actual solution. The time said it would take 20 min she rushed me right into the bed and took less than 10 min before she was already pushing me to pay and get out of the door she did not explain any of the procedure what to expect or anything. It was a Friday so she prob had something going on as she asked me to come earlier than scheduled which i did as a courtesy but she did not even greet me just asked to lay rub my face asked me to fan myself with a BROKEN hand fan did not explain any of the procedure and pushed me out the door, she charged her $125 for 8 min of unprofessional work !!!Despite the fact that the treatment did not work, she refused to offer even a partial refund. Her only solution was for me to return in several months LATER not right away to try again—an offer I declined because I have no interest in a second appointment after such a bad experience and a total lack of professional flexibility.If you are looking for a provider who stands by their work and cares about client satisfaction, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This was a waste of time and money.
