We had a memorable experience with Rosie Taxi Services while traveling from Anaheim to LAX on Saturday morning. After several unsuccessful attempts to book an Uber, our hotel recommended Rosie Taxi. Although a bit expensive, they arranged a Lyft within 10 minutes, exactly as promised. Our driver, Michael, was wonderful, and the Rosie Taxi representative was very helpful and communicative. Unfortunately, after reaching LAX, my wife realized she had left her phone and ID in the car. We contacted Rosie Taxi, and the representative immediately reached Michael, who kindly returned to the airport to deliver them. Throughout the stressful situation, the representative stayed in touch and made sure everything was resolved. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Michael and the Rosie Taxi team. I highly recommend their service!

It wasn't exactly the trip, although the trip was good too. It was the way they handled my complicated situation, and turned it into a simple solution, and got my worries and problems solved in an instant. They were patient, polite and helpful.

Everythink ok travel Arcadia AirPort Thank’you Ben

The booking experience was quick and easy through Rosie Taxi. My cab showed up on time and I even got a notification text when they were on their way, and the expected arrival time. The driver was very friendly and got me there in a timely manner. The only issue was tipping. I prepaid during the booking and thought there’d be a way to tip with the card or through Lyft but there wasn’t. I had to quickly set up a Zelle account and tip that way which would have been good to know beforehand. Anyway, still Recommended.
