Took my kids n was pleased to see that they took the covid pandemic seriously and care about their employees and customers. There was no charge for entering their store, mum and pumpkin patch and the great smelling bakery. They r known for their apple cider donuts that they make all day. There r hand sanitizer stations inside n outside of the zoo. There is a charge for the zoo but it's reasonable compared to other places like Bengtsons in Home Glen. The train n hay ride r loaded with social distancing in mind. They require masks once on property n will not let you in unless you have 1 on. Did notice that they also sold masks in case you 4got urs. The zoo has animals u can feed, slides, sports inflatables, n putput. Several sanitation stations n even noticed that the employees wipe down putters n balls after use. My kids had fun and I felt save bringing my family n elderly mom 2 Johansens Farm. Check their website b4 u go to see their new hours, we found they changed.

Although a bit pricey, this is a good place to bring the 4 to 9 year old grandkids; a decent size petting zoo, pony rides, a short hay ride, a corn maze, air slides and bounce houses, a lunch house and a doughnut & pie house. Quite a lot of pumpkins and decorations galore; again, a little pricey but mostly good quality.

This is a great place to bring the kids. They have animals you can feed and a few tiny rides for the kids. It can get pretty crowded on the weekends. The admission is not cheap and I think the pumpkins are expensive. But I do love to go and look and pet some of the animals!

Quite a suburban location, rather than rural. About 15 minutes from the motorway. Plenty to do, hayride was a highlight, the little train ride was cute. Then there are inflatables and petting zoo areas. There is also mini golf and a little corn maze. It's a little run down though and staff are what let it down (except the drivers of the train and hayride; they were top notch). It isn't very welcoming and staff don't look like they want to be there or work with kids. Toilet facilities not great. Go after 2pm in the week to avoid school crowds. It's good in that it is accessible and little kids don't notice what adults do but maybe take a ride further out for a more authentic welcoming experience.

This was the last pumpkin patch we visited this season and I have to say that this is the simplest one there is. The pumpkin picking area and picture area are free but the “zoo” charges around $13 per person. Inside, there are a couple of bouncy houses with age restrictions, 3 inflatable slides with age/height restrictions, pony ride, hay ride (where kids can roll in the hay, a 2 minute train ride, and see some animals. Next year, we probably will just get our pumpkin here but not stay for the zoo.
