Coming in to the Lantern makes me feel like Naperville once was. Everytime I come in, I am treated great, and leave happy. The local bar has so much to offer. From the spacious booths, to free fresh popcorn, to a great bar selection. We love the burgers and bar food here. I prefer to come for lunch, but it sure gets busy in the evening hours. Reasonable prices and great service is a staple.

A Typical towny bar at first but in reality an inviting destination that offers great food(Awesome Burgers) drinks and service. My wife and I sat at the bar and were immediately welcomed by one of the friendliest bartenders we ever met (Tammy). Not only did she make great drinks but she also was extremely knowledgeable about the history and bill of fare of The Lantern but also what Naperville had to offer. We arrived as strangers and we left having a new friend. THANKS TAMMY

Good music, good drinks, FREE POPCORN! There's a bar tender who is known for giving out free drinks sometimes. Can get super crowded quickly on a Friday or Saturday night because it's small. Whatever you do, don't put money into the music box. It hasn't worked in years; you're throwing away your money.

Great location in the center of downtown Naperville where you can watch the people and traffic go by. Great friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices. I love to hang out at this place. The Lantern celebrates 50 years in business this year - you don't last that long without being really great.
