I noticed that employees from most stores in this Altknte Mall lack motivation, are bitter, and/or rude. Ignoring customers like they don’t want to work. Employees start closing their doors probably an hour ahead of time.

The manager is a short white lady with a bad attitude! Her name is Lily!! I had a wrong order and she refused help fix the problem. Instead she immediately sided with the rude white girl with the long blonde hair. Rather than helping the customer she sides with the employee who was speaking loudly and yelling at me. Mind you I am the customer who just paid for my wrong order, but they did not care! Both are very rude and do not belong in a customer service role! She sets a bad example for her staff!! I am calling for the corporate office in Sandy Springs, Ga to investigate the store location inside the Altamonte Springs FL location. The manager lady Lily there is horrible and it’s not good for business!! Let her go!!

Close enough to the theme parks and great for a 3-4 day stay. We stayed over Xmas and the lake and surrounding walkways were beautifully decorated. Some good restaurants very close and Winter park only 10 mins drive away

The Altamonte Mall is one of my favorites in the Orlando area. It’s located away from all the hustle and bustle, which means less tourists know about it. I love this! The mall offers stores for everyone. I’m loving the Lululemon pop-up store right now. In addition to stores, the mall offers quick and sit down dining options. There’s even a movie theater! Always enjoy shopping here.

Don't waste your time at this mall. It still closes at 7:00 PM during the week. Security is also known for locking the doors before closing time. I came out one Sunday at 5:45 PM, and the doors were already locked. The mall was supposed to close at 6:00 PM that day. The quality of the stores is not what it used to be. Save your time and your money. Go somewhere else.
