If you have not been there in a while, you will be shocked. Only 2 fast food restaurants. Not many shops. COVID did a number on this place. Being converted to offices, so only a few floors have any stores. Sad to see.

Water Tower Place was on my list to visit since it had been years. Still a good variety of stores and we visited every floor. It wasn’t crowded and associates were friendly. Bath & Body Works is on level 7 for now.

COUNTERFEIT ALERT!! I bought a Sonny Angel at a booth on the 3rd floor and it’s a fake. I asked the saleswoman why it didn’t have any plastic wrapping and she told me it was normal and that they were real. It’s outrageous that a place like this allows counterfeit products to be sold!

A glitzy indoor shopping mall which had its heyday a couple of decades ago. It is still filled with stores, many high-end, and you can certainly buy things here.

A good escape from the heat if you've been walking and seeing the sights. Each level has a handful of stores, something for everyone really. It's very clean and all of the stores we entered we found very inviting with associates eager to help.
