Since 1976, Quads Gym has been known for its fantastic strength and cardio equipment, and its founders - Dave De Young & Tom Milanovich. Our gym welcomes everyone, whether you're just getting started or have been training for years. Our staff wants customers to be happy and will help in any way we can. Quads is not like other gyms that have spas, tanning, and pools, it is a place where members just come to work out & it’s a really down to earth, welcoming community. We sell many vitamins and supplements as well as protien bars and drinks. Our gear includes: gloves and wrist wraps, jump ropes, lifting belts, knee sleeves or elbow sleeves, and much more. Also, our pro shop includes: t-shirts, hoodies, thermal tops, baseball hats, skull caps, and more.
