As a Licensed Professional Counselor and practicing anxiety coach, I have studied anxiety, inner critic, and over-functioning as a way of coping for the past 20 years. Plus I have lived with High Functioning Anxiety for my whole life. I am an author, podcaster, speaker, teacher, blogger, wife, animal lover, daughter, sister, and friend. I am fascinated with psychology and the act of self-loyalty in decreasing our suffering. I offer individual work as well as a course called Self Loyatly School.
