Dr. Irvin cherishes time with his family. He manages to squeeze in time for exercise (currently launching P90X), and a sprinkling of hobbies including woodworking, bicycling, and occasionally fishing. Dr. Irvin is also very involved in his church ministries and has traveled to Haiti, New Orleans, Thailand and multiple trips to border clinics in Mexico.
