The location was convenient right off of interstate 44, but there was a lot of street noise that was heard from the fourth floor. The atmosphere was calming and the room was fairly updated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were wonderful as are they in most comfort Inn and suites. I was however, disappointed somewhat with the cleanliness. we open the door, I immediately saw a large water of paper on the floor. It was the paper covering for the toilet paper replacement. I also found a chewed piece of gum left in one of the trash cans. The furniture was a bit stained, but the overall feel of the room was clean. Breakfast was less appealing than many other comfort suites with cold eggs and few options. The lady at the check-in upon arrival was very pleasant and informing, and the checkout clerk was nice also.

Is there another hotel option for you? Choose that one. This hotel is dirty, the room smells like mildew, none of the doors close decent - you have to really push on the bathroom door to get it closed - and two out of three mornings there was no coffee ready! How difficult is it to make coffee? You know your breakfast hours and you know people will be looking for coffee. Why wouldn’t you have it ready?! Skip this hotel if you have another option.

I had such a great experience at Comfort Suites! From check in, the staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to make my stay comfortable. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, with spacious and equipped rooms. Great WiFi!

We had issues with charges i did not authorize, the pool closing on a Friday(day we arrived), water being shut off, the breakfast was practically gone by 7:15am forcing us to wait for more to be put out, the customer service in the lobby was AWFUL from the woman who claimed her name was Lily, which was later confirmed to be a lie. She gave me attitude when we were trying to figure out why MY card was charged when the reservation was not under my card causing me to have to close my card while in another state with limited access to funds. The lady was snappy, bobbing her head with attitude and just flat out RUDE. Our room keys were deactivated TWICE in our weekend stay. And to top it all off it has been a week since my check in date and i STILL have yet to hear from the manager after i have called and spoken with lobby personnel both Monday, and Thursday, and now today which is Friday. My family and i will not be coming back to any comfort inn as this experience was and continues to be awful. The lobby personnel i spoke with told me the manager assumed the problem was resolved and that's why she hasn't call me back, when the problem has NOT been resolved. If i wanted to spend hundreds of dollars for the convenience of a nice hotel, i expect to be able to enjoy all the amenities. For what we received, and for this poor excuse of a hotel, we could have spent half what we did and stayed in a cheap motel and received the same experience. I'm beyond disappointed and we have already contacted the BBB.

We requested & were granted a late check out prior to our arrival, & confirmed that a late check-out would be at no cost, yet we were charged $30. An email from Irene, Guest Relations Manager, indicated that an early check-in was permitted based on availability, yet we were also charged $25 for early check-in, despite our room being ready & the hotel nearly empty. I have never been charged for an early check-in, especially when the hotel was empty. Numerous phone calls to Jessica, the Manager, regarding the overcharge have gone unanswered. Please promptly refund the $55. Staff was hit-or-miss: the check-in lady was kind, but the one I spoke to later was clueless. The fitness room was a joke—no towels, no wipes, and the only useful machine (the treadmill) was broken. I’ll never stay at a Choice Hotel again and will be warning others.
