The location and value were great. Also, the breakfast was outstanding and FREE! The young lady in charge of the breakfast buffet (Tracey), who as so pleasent and hospitable.
MoreGreat experience. I was supposed to stay at another hotel in the area which incorrectly cancelled my reservation. I immediately drove over to Hampton Inn which was close by. Neco and Tracey were both very helpful to me. They worked with me to book a last minute room at the property and the customer service was excellent. Very friendly and competent, which was in sharp contrast to the Sonesta where I was originally booked. The room was also very clean and nice. Great overall experience.
MoreTracey who worked in the breakfast area truly went above and beyond to make sure the coffee bar was hot, fresh, and the best it could be! As someone who needs caffeine to function early in the morning, her smile and efficiency were greatly appreciated !!
