Every time I’m in Ft Lauderdale I get a few foot massages. It is great a must when visiting. Very reasonably prices and your feet and body feel great.

Best foot and back massage that I ever tried! Very reasonable prices also. We went there twice in one week on our Florida vacation. Wish I had one of those spas around my corner at home.

I have to say that I have been to a lot of massage places all over the world in some of the best spas, health centers, centers for yoga and meditation and I am consistently blown away by the quality of the massage here. You remain fully clothed (I would recommend shorts and a loose fitting T-shirt) and everyone in is a dimly lit room with pleasant spa type music. You first have a delicious foot soak in warm water while your therapist (I think they are all men - I have never seen a woman masseuse) massages your head and neck. They then go to town with a reflexology foot massage - which is absolute heaven - this is followed by a whole body massage. The massage pressure is firm (although you can adjust to your taste). The price is extraordinary - when I think of the money I have spent on expensive spa massages with oil and not felt in the least bit rejuvenated afterwards - and I feel amazing for several days after coming here. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Today I went for a reflexology massage with my two sisters-in-law. We were all so impressed with the quality of the massage we each had. We booked a foot massage, but included in that service is attention to your neck, head and arms as well as your lower legs, and, when you are all done a quick back massage. The facility is not the most glamorous, but it has low lighting and soft music which is conducive to relaxation and a meditation-type mindset. You sit in a recliner which, after your head and neck massage, is fully reclined so you can completely relax. While your head and neck are being massaged your feet are soaking in warm water. We all opted to finish our massages with a hot stone massage - totally wonderful. The price is right. I only wish I lived near here. If I did, I'd be here every week.
