What is the point/value of being able to call the prescription line for refills when more often than not, the prescriptions are NOT ready when promised! Could also use more front counter assistance!

I picked up a new prescription from Clark last night for my daughter who had been in the ER & needed surgery. It was so convenient to pick it up ( it was ready when I got there ) on our way home....
