We know that college is usually the first time students are living on their own, and we strive to make that process as simple and seamless as possible. We've been the #1 choice in student housing in Bloomington Normal since 1989. With over 1000 apartments on ISU and Heartland campuses, we have something for everyone. We are student housing focused on students.
