They claim to be foundation-based and respectful but I have only been met with disrespect and miscommunication that’s resulted in huge loss. Loose settings, horrible customer service and zero transparency. Don’t fall for the lower prices! You get what you pay for!I upgraded my black moissonites to diamonds and was promised I could use the original amount toward the diamonds. After paying the full amount and being told I could get refunded for the black moissonites since they didn’t have them at the time of pick-up, I was met with a she-said she-said and the associate (who is apparently a manager) lied about saying she told me I could get a refund. I am absolutely sick over losing my money and even more sick over the fact she lied.Also, when I went to pick up my ring, I said my name, she handed me the bag and said “have a good day”! I stood there and asked if she needed payment today. I literally could have just said a name and walked out. Your jewelry is not safe here.Horrible operation. Take your money elsewhere and support other local companies.**As you can see from other reviews, they are quick to have an excuse and never take fault. It’s always the clients fault. You want to give your money to a company that’s never on your side? Think wisely.. your future wife will be wearing this the rest of her life.**

It is more. It is more lovely and fiery with a near colorless brilliance. What adds to my enjoyment of my beautiful rings is knowing that they were ethically produced. The showroom is quiet, peaceful and dazzling in its modern styling. You feel like you are with a personal stylist in creating your dream setting. If you are creating a custom design, I would advise having a clear design to help in communication.Staff is helpful and responsive. Great experience, amazing final product.

I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with my MiaDonna experience! I visited the pop up location in the Washington Square Mall of Tigard, Oregon. My boyfriend and I have been discussing our engagement, and he was wanting me to look around for places with rings of interest. When I arrived at the Washington Square MiaDonna, I was shocked and amazed by the miraculous selection. Such incredible designs! Right away, I was greeted by sales associates Cat and Kamiah. They not only had an impressive knowledge of the products, but were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were not aggressive like some sales associates can be in the jewelry business. Instead, they were patient and supportive. I was sad to hear the two of them are seasonal employees, and would therefore possibly not be around for me upon my return. These two women are perfect examples of quality customer service, as they provide knowledge and kindness. I sometimes find myself too busy to give feedback to businesses, but I made sure I went through the efforts to do so this time in hopes my words could benefit the employees’ lives and the business itself.
