I haven’t posted reviews in several years. The hotel was clean in the public areas and the bedroom. It was obvious that it was recently remodeled, which was nice. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom, however, was a different story. First I noticed something red that had splashed across the mirror. It was crusted on. There was hair and mold in the tub. There was even a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. So - mixed feelings.

We just got back from a ~3600 mile driving round trip from Minnesota to Florida. We stayed with Hampton Inns five different times this trip. We had stayed at the Bloomington West facility previously and did so again on both the way south and on the return north. We really like this place and try to schedule our trip overnights so we can go back again. It was twice the best of the best on this trip!

Great stay! Stayed here on a road trip and it is a good Hampton inn, has all the perks we wanted, it felt like a really nice and safe location as well. I would recommend! The fitness center was the only part that I felt was not great, too small & seemed a little neglected.

Nice hotel located by the I-55 & I-74 interchange and easy to access with a QT close to get fuel and snacks. The people were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the hotel on the way from Saint Louis to O'Hare airport. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep. However, there were a couple of issues that decreased my rating. The cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking. I refer mainly to hair I saw in the bath both on one of the walls and on the shower curtain. The second issue was an annoying noise that seems to be getting from the outside (but it wasn't a car noise). It started for a while and then stopped. I suspect it has to do with the AC unit of a neighboring room. I reported those two issues to reception during check out. She took note of them. Hope they'll deal with both of them.Another small issue to be considered is that the elevator is located on a side of the building, near the higher numbered rooms. I had to walk more than half the corridor to get to my room.The location is convenient. There are a number of restaurants in a 2 mile radius. There is a Wallmart supercenter around 0.6 miles away.The hotel is conveniently located near I-55, but not directly near it, so there are no traffic noises.
