I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I had an issue with my reservation through a third-party booking website, and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in resolving the issue. They went out of their way to assist me and made sure everything was taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difference. I really appreciate their outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!

We have stayed frequently at the Hyatt Place St. Louis/Chesterfield. We feel like it is almost a second home. There are amenities which the entire family appreciates. The facility is immaculate, the staff all are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is our second visit this summer to Hyatt Place Chesterfield. We chose chose the hotel due to its location as we were visiting friends in West St Louis County. A plus this hotel is that it offers plenty of free underground parking (shared with the Drury Plaza hotel). The staff were very helpful. The rooms very very clean and modern. The mattress was a bit soft for our standards (but we tend to sleep in very firm mattresses). Rooms were overall quiet but you can hear your neighbors door closing. The gym is well equipped with 2 Peloton bikes, 2 treadmills and one elliptical with one weight bench and free weights. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, albeit too small and warm for lap swims--but great for kids. The breakfast was above expectations with waffle makers, lots of fruit, bakery, yogurt, oatmeal options, the coffee and tea service were very good as well. Would return.
