Have used Chesterfield Taxi many times. They have always been prompt to arrive at our house and we have always had a very clean car with a courteous driver. Very reasonably priced.

Very bad experience, driver placed his seat belt behind him self, drove the vehicle very arraticly all the way from Sheffield to Chesterfield, it was that bad I felt sick, it was the worse taxi ride I've ever had, I thought while any vehicle had paying passengers on board it should be driven in a relaxing manner, totally unacceptable.

I called and spoke to them personally as I needed to guarantee someone would pick me up. They advertise 24 hour service but I had to make sure as I was a women traveling alone and arriving at STL airport at 12:30 a.m. I explained my situation and was assured my driver would have my flight information and text me his location when my plane arrived. I called on Sunday to confirm and left a message. When my plane arrived I called again, it went straight to voicemail. I left a message that I was at the airport waiting for my driver. 20 minutes later with no response and desperate, I tried one more time to tell them I was stranded at the airport in the middle of the night, no response. I waited until this afternoon before writing this review to see if they would at least have the courtesy of calling me and apologizing or explaining that there was confusion, no one got back to me. This company has no concern for their customers or their safety.

I used Chesterfield Taxi for ground transport from the airport home at the end of a vacation. The service was prompt, efficiant, and very professional. I think they probably provide the most reasonable ground transportation rates in the whole airport area.

I called to get pricing and set up service to and from the airport. First time I ever dealt with this service, so I had questions and wanted specifics since I was setting this service up for my boss. GRANTED, they were very busy - but ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BE COMPLETELY RUDE!!! When I started asking a question, I was interrupted and told to just answer the questions. SERIOUSLY?? Happy to answer your questions, but don't assume that the caller knows all of YOUR details without explaining them. While I was on hold for the 10th time, they ended up hanging up on me. I called back to have the details reiterated back to me ... thank GOD I did! They had the pick up date incorrect - and AGAIN VERY RUDE!!! I understand that they were extremely busy but never should they have been so rude with a new customer. I just hope that the car service is far better than their phone service.
