I called to specifically request an insturctor with many years of experience. We discussed backgrounds and agreed to a certain person. I wanted her because I have practiced for 12 years and am a certified instructor. Due to the agreed upon instructor, in my mind it was worth to to pay the $45 in cab fees plus the tutorial fee. I showed up and they said said that I had a different instructor and that they forgot to call and tell me. My instructor was a nice person and would have been great for the standard practitioner. The experience would have been OK but but not what was promised and not worth it when I added in cab fees
