Rolling Boil Hot Pot Restaurant ·$$

For all your hot pot desires, look no further than the Rolling Boil located in the historic Anaheim Packing District. First you start with the protein (chicken, steak, pork, salmon, etc.), then you add a broth and some sauces. You cook the meats or veggies yourself and mix different types as well. The broth selections include miso, sukiyaki, Thai coconut, spicy Szechuan, savory veggie or a 50/50 mix of two. Sides include dumplings, fried rice, chicken wings and fluffy onion pancakes while almost all of the wine, beer and liquor hails from Asia.

How many of you have experienced #ShabuShabu, a subset of #HotPot? Along with #Bulgogi and #Pho, this is one of my favorite dishes while residing in SoCal. Check out all that meat!!!
