We are here now. Room 2124. There are roaches climbing up the walls, on the curtains and on the floor. We told the front desk before going to the park and they said they “would let housekeeping know about it.” Whe we returned from the park, we asked about it again and we were told “you’re all good. We took care of it.” Of course we asked how that could be, and they said “housekeeping removed our fridge and put a different one in.” Of course that never happened as our stuff is in the exact same spot it in the fridge before we left, and anyway, how would that solve the problem of a roach infestation? Also very loud rooms. Staff unhelpful.

Pros: the lobby is nicely decorated and fun for kids (princess and castle themed). Staff is friendly. Free bus ride to the Disneyland park. Deli and restaurant on site.Cons: NO ventilation in the bathroom (steamed up quick); mold spots in corners of the tub. NO continental breakfast. Single ply toilet paper (thin and awful like transparent paper). HVAC system struggled in the heat wave and the unit's condensate pump gargled the whole time. Cockroach sighted in hotel room... Could only ask for more towels every 3 days.Honestly, for the price of the room I was disappointed. Would not recommend.

Ok so this hotel was booked for a college move in. I didn’t know it was a Disney ‘friend’ hotel and had zero need fo use the shuttle so my review is based purely as a hotel guest.Lobby - large and spacious and quite cuteCheck in staff- super friendly Parking - spaciousRoom - so this is very large but was tired. The lobby area and elevator was a little smelly. We didn’t have any housekeeping for the 3 nights. I paid under $500 for 3 nights including parking. To get a free shuttle to Disney - frankly this value is great. BUT you have to set your expectations We didn’t use any of the restaurants but did use the cafe / shop. Really nice people but typical bad grab and go to be found all over basic Anaheim hotels. I wasn’t expecting much so no complaints there. There were smiling children who were just excited to be going to Disney which puts life into perspective a little when the the bagel is a little processed instead of freshly baked! Would I choose it again? Probably not. Am I disappointed in the stay? No. Because I literally needed a big bed to sleep in and the bed was very comfortable

Where do I even start this hotel has so much potential, but it looks like they have not renovated since the 1950s we also know there’s a difference between a clean room and a dirty room when we walked into our room it was clearly dusty. My sisterstarted wheezing immediately so I walked in, and there was dust all over the furniture. There was cobwebs on the walls the bucket with the open ceiling in hallway should’ve been an indication to us that we were walking into a mess and they moved us supposedly to an upgraded room. The new room was cleaner, but there was still cobwebs on the ceiling. This hotel has so much potential. The buses to and from Disney were super convenient although they were old we did see one broken down on one of the roads going to Disney. The only thing that was great about this hotel was the staff was nice. There was a restaurant on site and the theme made it very Disney like other than that stay away until they remodel this place.

This was my family's second stay at this hotel. Our first stay was in April 2024 and it was really nice! (My son loved the castle bunk bed!) The charm and atmosphere were very whisical, the shuttle buses were convenient and made transportation incredibly easy, however, I didn't think the cleanliness was all that great, but overall I was impressed, so I decided we would definitely stay again! I booked our trip for July 2026, we brought along my mom, my brother and his family. We booked two rooms with the request of a ground floor and adjoining rooms preferred and they were able to meet both requests. My mom has arthritis in both her knees so she rented a scooter from a third party and they had it delivered to the hotel where we picked it up shortly after we checked in. We were informed that we would need to call ahead to reserve a shuttle for ADA services and we booked for the morning shuttle which went well. We then called from the park to be picked up to head back to the hotel, but when we arrived for our bus, that was SUPPOSED to be able to pick us up, the lift was broken. We had to wait for the next bus and that set back our day because the plan was to head back out to the park, not a huge deal I understand some things happen, but if we called ahead then they KNOW they NEED to provide a shuttle that IS CAPABLE of accommodating our request as THEIR instructions indicated. We brushed it off. The next day we booked the morning shuttle and that went smoothly but AGAIN when we were ready to leave the park we called and booked an ADA Shuttle service and AGAIN when we arrived for our bus the lift was BROKEN! At this point I was very frustrated and unhappy because why have a process to call and SCHEDULE A SPECIFIC SERVICE and then NOT PROVIDE THAT SERVICE?!? I had absolutely no faith in their services anymore, but I didn't want to complain when I was freshly angry, I thought I'd sleep on it so I could be reasonable when I brought this concern to the front desk. The following day, our last day, we booked our morning shuttle and the shuttle was just fine, but we hadn't seen this driver prior and he was very brash and hurried my mom out of her scooter to get it on the bus. She can't walk well, hence the scooter and he was rather rude and impatient with not only her but other guests. Very unprofessional! All the other drivers were pleasant and one in particular was especially wonderful. Well we were expecting that when we called to book our service there was a good chance it wouldn't be an ADA Shuttle. I asked the agent on the phone if there was a way to ensure the bus would in fact be able to provide the service they claimed it would and he was shocked about our experience. We arrived early to our pick-up spot, as we had everytime prior, and the shuttle for the previous time slot was still there. We noticed that it was the same type of bus that hadn't been able to pick us up before. The driver was speaking with two men and we overheard him make the comment that he liked to bring this bus because he didn't like to pick up people who needed the ADA service. This made me INCREDIBLY ANGRY because then it was clear that this driver/other drivers INTENTIONALLY arrive in a time slot with a shuttle that doesn't have the capability that is NEEDED to be ABLE to pick up individuals that need the assistance!!! I really don't like to complain but this was just absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I already knew after the lack of cleanliness of the room and the bathroom that I wouldn't want to stay there again, but ESPECIALLY after our experience with the ADA services I will not ever stay there again. It really is a shame because there were a few individuals that were phenomenal to work with. I wish there had been better services because the hotel has such potential with all the charm and stories they share about Princess Corine and her dragon, Shadow. I hope they can work better to provide the service that people deserve.
