Tried booking transport to Miami International. Called for 2 days left messages and emails. Never returned any calls or emails. Even went to bus pick up point the bus never showed up. Beware, this company will leave you stranded.

Easy to book, easy to get to airport. Reasonably priced. Driver handled luggage. Clean. Safe and comfortable.

I live in Estero, Florida & use the FAST for safe, convenient & comfortable transportation to & from the airport to my home. They are always right on time when picking you up, and there is little or no wait from the airport to your home. The cost is about $40 each way, which is about the cost of parking at the airport, and you don't have to leave your car in the beating sun for a week or more. I like it, and would definitely recommend it if you are travelling for a week or more.

I know there are bad reviews of this company and I'm sorry that some people have had some bad experiences. But I took the shuttle from Melbourne to Miami and back . I had no problems either way. The only thing is that I wish they would put a sign in their windows so you know what vehicle they are in. Vehicles don't have signs and if they don't call your phone, you won't know what vehicle they are in. They are regular vehicles, so don't expect to see a company van that says, Florida Airport Shuttle. But at least it's better than Grey Hound and their horrible limited bus schedule. Thank you Florida Airport Shuttle. I had some great drivers.

I've used the airport shuttle service on a couple of occasions and have had great experiences both times. The drivers were both pleasant, which made the short drive to my home better. The price was pretty fair based on what a regular cab fare would be so I would certainly use them again if needed.
